Information We Collect

When you use Menagerie Golf, we collect only the minimal information needed to provide the game experience:

Your chosen display name (entered when creating or joining a game)
Game data (card assignments, scores, and transfer history during a game session)
Contact form submissions (if you choose to send feedback, including your email address), delivered to us via EmailJS

🍎 Apple Account Information

Menagerie Golf does not access, store, or share your Apple ID, Apple account credentials, or any information from your Apple account. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details.

How We Use Your Information

Display names are used solely to identify players during a game session
Game data is used to run the game in real time and calculate settlements
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your feedback or bug reports

We will never sell, share, or transfer your email address or any personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Retention

Game data is stored in Firebase Firestore for the duration of the game session. We do not retain game data indefinitely. Contact form submissions are stored until reviewed and addressed.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google) — for real-time game data synchronization and contact form storage
EmailJS — to deliver contact form submissions (your message, category, and email address) to us as an email notification
Apple — for in-app purchase processing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to any other third parties.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To request data deletion, email us at support@marianandwells.com.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

Children’s Privacy

Menagerie Golf is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
